This preserve backs up to Lake Walk in Water and overall is about 6000 acres in size.  There is one main trail on this property and it is suitable for riding and hiking.  If you are hiking and want to go the whole trail, it's about 5 or 6 miles in total so be prepared.  The trails are very well laid out and maintained are easy to walk.

As you can see, very extensive scrublands with lots of Palmetto bush, makes for a very expansive horizon as you just get into the preserve.

The first part of the main trail is very wide and straight it takes a good two or three miles to get to the first real bend....lol.

As you approach the lakeside this is the first little pine hammock you come across, has a profile almost like a little hillock.

They've even built a little place for you and your doggies to sit down and rest half way thru your walk.  This sits out in the middle of some swampy wetlands.

Here's the boyz inside taking a rest, can you tell they are enjoying themselves?  As you can see here the place looks pretty new and even smelled that way.
