This
trail almost scans the whole length of the park. It is about 1.2 miles long but since it does not loop, that means it is
a 2.4 mile hike. This will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
The trail guide below splits the trail down into three main parts, just
click on each section to take you to the detailed photograph walk through
for each part of the Nature Trail. Also included is some of the
lakeside walks off to the middle of the park in Part 1. These
are not strictly part of the nature trail, but are accessed at the same
part of the park
The trail is very well taken care of and is very wide in most parts and does not have a lot of direct lakefront, so dog owners don't need to worry too much about their dogs going swimming.
