Here's Coopies at one of the best estate mansions in Scotland.  It's called Hopetoun House and there were some good horse trials taking place when we visited, even Prince Philip was there.  We had a great day out.

What's New

Our favourite local park and the most scenic new park we have come across, Scotland has just some great places to go walkies in.

We've now got a page dedicated to Torwood Castle and Tappoch Broch, a historic site that a lot of people who live in the area don't know about.  We also go across to the Ochil hills on the other side of the Forth Valley.  One of our favourite hikes is up Alva Glen.......very picturesque.  Some of the best views that we've seen since coming to Scotland have been around and across Loch Lomond.

We've also been working on our Scottish equivalent of the Saddle Creek Park website.  Cooper has now inspired a site to support Plean Country Park and we are in the process of building it and working with the staff from Stirling Council who are so dedicated to making it a great outdoors place for everyone to visit.

Cooper is my dog friend and he truly warrants his own site.  I met him in an animal shelter in Little Rock, AR, on 16 May 2002, he was about 3 months old and was looking for someone to help him out.  I was also looking for someone to help me out too, so we kinda did each other a favor and now he's my lifetime companion.
